Pk11's Terms and Conditions — Complete Guide

1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To use the pk11 platform, you must meet the following requirements. If these conditions are not met, pk11 reserves the right to terminate your account.

• You must be aged 18 years or older All users must meet the age requirement. Gaming activities on pk11 are strictly prohibited for minors.
• You are registering on your own behalf and are personally responsible for all activity on your account.
• You are not a resident of any country or region where online gaming is fully prohibited.
• You are of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You are not an employee, agent, or partner of pk11.

2. Account Registration & Security

You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering on pk11. Providing false or misleading information will result in account termination, and any balance may be forfeited.

• One Account Policy: Only one account is permitted per person, household, or IP address.
• Password Security: Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone. pk11 will never ask for your password via email or message.
• Account Transfer Prohibited: Transferring or selling your pk11 account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Information Update: If your personal details change, you must notify pk11 Support immediately.
• Inactive Account: An account will be marked inactive after 12 months of no activity, and a monthly maintenance fee may apply.

3. Bonus & Promotion Policy

• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new members one time only. Any attempt to claim it through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being permanently closed.

• 30 days' prior notice will be given for any significant changes.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall prevail. In any dispute, the decision of pk11 management shall be final.
